Frequently Asked Questions
   What are the hours of operation?
    Answer:   We are open year round, Saturday 9 a.m. to sunset, Sunday 10 a.m. to sunset and many holidays. We are closed Thanksgiving weekend and the end of December around Christmas. For large groups we will fly weekdays by special appointment only.
   How long will it take to make my jump?
    Answer:   Be prepared to spend the entire day, although, the whole process from the time you arrive until you leave typically takes 2 to 4 hours.
   Do I need to arrive early for my reservation?
    Answer:   Your reservation time is the time you arrive at our facility and check in. To prevent scheduling issues and long waits, you should not arrive early if possible.
   Is my credit card going to be charged when I make my online reservation?
    Answer:   No. We only charge your card if you cancel the reservation.
   What do I wear?
    Answer:   Sneakers or light boots. T-shirt and shorts in summer. Long sleeve or sweatshirt and pants in winter. We provide a jumpsuit and gloves for you.
   What is the weight limit for skydiving?
    Answer:   254 lbs. for tandem, 230 lbs. for AFF.
   How old do you have to be to skydive? Is there an age limit?
    Answer:   The minimum age for skydiving is 18 years old. There is no maximum age. We've taken folks 87 years old!!!!
   Is it hard to breathe in freefall?
    Answer:   No. Just breathe normally through your nose.
   How many of my group go up in the plane at one time?
    Answer:   This varies depending on many factors. We typically take 4 to 5 tandems on a plane load. Sometimes taking less on more loads will actually get your group done faster as well as groups after you.
   Is there a place for my friends to watch me jump?
    Answer:   Yes, we have an outdoor observation right in front of the landing area for people to watch.
   Can I bring my own camera?
    Answer:   Yes, you can bring a camera, even on the plane. However, we don't allow you to carry it into freefall and we are not responsible for personal property lost in the aircraft.
   How hard or soft is the landing going to be?
    Answer:   The landings are not like the old military style many people think of. They can be tip-toe soft depending on wind conditions. Often times, we slide in on our behinds, making it very easy.
   Once I am certified to jump solo, do I have to purchase my own equipment?
    Answer:   No, we have rental equipment available for you. When you are ready, we will be happy to assist you with your purchases.
   Can we purchase just one video and have the cameraman tape all of us?
    Answer:   If you can afford only one video, we will try to get as many of your group into the ground and airplane video footage as possible. The cameraman can only video one freefall per purchase, however.
   What forms of payment are accepted?
    Answer:   We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
