If you still have the card go ahead and bring it with you even if it was replaced by a different one so we can verify you are the cardholder. If you no longer have the card we cannot verify you are the cardholder. In that case, please be prepared to pay the entire fee for your services including the deposit amount plus a $10 fee to cover our credit card processing costs on the original card. Once we have received payment in full, we will refund the deposit to your original card. It can take up to 7 days to show as a credit on your account.
