We’re super excited to have started flying our new aircraft, the Pacific Aerospace (PAC) 750XL. The paint job turned out fantastic. This aircraft is specifically designed for skydiving operations and to be a speedy an extremely efficient jump platform. The PAC can hold up to 16 jumpers, however, we will typically fly it with 12 for efficiency. Over the next several months we will continue to make interior improvements with a goal of having the nicest PAC in the country.
Skydive Atlanta, Georgia's longest running skydiving facility, is open almost every weekend year round and holds DoD Paractroop Carry certification.

This past week Skydive Atlanta’s new aircraft, a 2005 Pacific Aerospace 750XL, started it’s journey in the painting process. The engine was removed for some work and the aileron and elevator flight controls have been removed. Here you can see the old paint has been stripped off and it will soon get it’s base coat of white.
The work is being performed in Mena, AR by the same company that last painted our former King Air, N55MG. That paint job turned out amazing so we can’t wait to see how this one will go. We are currently reviewing several different design options with our blue and yellow color scheme.
In the February issue of Parachutist magazine, Skydive Atlanta had a nice surprise as we have a photo featured in an article entitled “We’re Not Here For Tandems.” The article is an expose’ all about Team Blackstar, an all African-American skydiving group that met up at a boogie in 2014. The photo features Danielle Williams with Sam Kemokai walking back from the landing area at our 2014 Summer Boogie. They were regular weekly fun jumpers at Skydive Atlanta back in 2013/2014. It’s a great article to celebrate black history month and we are proud to be featured as part of it. Photo credit – Ro Asgari
